›How do invites work?
Household members can send invites so trusted people can join the same Tribe. If a link does not open the app, use the fallback instructions on the invite page or the manual details from your invitation email.
›I cannot access my account
Confirm you are signed in with the same email you used to register. If you need help recovering access, email support from an address you recognise and include any details that help us verify your request safely.
›How do I delete my account?
See our Delete account page for the email template and what to include. Deletion may remove access to household memberships and shared data depending on your role and product configuration.
›I am in the wrong household / my membership looks incorrect
Email support and explain what you expected to see. If you were invited incorrectly, a household admin may need to remove access or send a corrected invite.
